This road segment has some of the worst pavement I’ve ever seen in Oregon. This whole part of the state is just odd – it’s the only piece of the state east of the Snake River and has all these random poorly maintained unsigned state highways.

Shortly thereafter, we’ll approach Oregon 453 again. Turn right to follow 453 back east. Stay straight to continue up to Oregon 452 to get out of this area.
