This is a long boring stretch and I was trying to stay awake. But since these Oregon “Speed” signs are slowly dying (in 2002 it became legal to use Speed Limit signs and a lot of towns are switching over beecause those are cheaper). This has another point to it though. Thanks to the split speed limit (and the incredibly low speed limit for trucks), a TON of trucks are pulled over. This is understandable because it would really stink to have to drive all the way across Oregon at 55 MPH (a lot of trucks on SR 14 in Washington, which parallels this. The speed limit there is mostly 60 and there are way less cops)
