We’re not actually on RI 15 yet, but we’re about to approach it at the light as shit gets crazy.

Turn right for RI 15 west and left for RI 15 east/RI 114 south. Traffic from RI 114 north, which takes a distinct routing through Pawtucket, approaches from straight ahead.

No signage after the turn – we’re now on RI 114 south/RI 15 east, with traffic in the opposing carriageway only carrying RI 15 west.

A few blocks later, we’ll cross the Blackstone River and approach Broadway. Things get weird here – the oncoming traffic again carries RI 114 north, which turns left at the intersection to head south. We’re turning right – so turn right here for RI 114 south/RI 114 north/RI 15 east – the only instance in the country where a route runs concurrent with itself.
