RI 138 begins, briefly clipping the southwest corner of Exeter as we enter the Ocean State. 138 is the longest state highway in Rhode Island as it makes its way towards Fall River, Mass. as part of the CT/MA/RI 138 corridor.

A few miles into Rhode Island, we’ll enter the community of Hope Valley in the town of Hopkinton and approach Route 3.
