Reassurance shield as 30 splits from US 95.  US 30 takes the mileposts of old US-30N, which used to enter Idaho at what is now US-95 Spur in Weiser.

As we enter downtown New Plymouth, keep a soft left to head southeast out of town.

As we head out of New Plymouth, keep right to head south out of town.

Less than a mile later, we’ll approach Highway 72.

Turn left for 72 east. Stay straight for 30 east to I-84.

Follow Highway 72 to Emmett. 72 is the shortest state highway in Idaho, heading 1.9 miles to SH-52, which head the rest of the way to Emmett. Stay on 30 for Caldwell and Boise.
