Follow I-15 south/I-84 east to Ogden and I-15 north/I-84 west (mainly I-84 west) to Snowville.

Turn left for 15 north/84 west towards Snowville, which is used instead of Pocatello as a control city because…I’m not sure. Possibly a relic, as this is old US-191 that went to Pocatello. You’d turn to head on I-84 west moreso than I-15 north, and that’s where Snowville is.
