Fourteen miles later, we’ll come to a t-intersection. The t is also the county line. Turn right to follow S-379 along the Teton/Chouteau County line.

After the turn, pavement ends, as the route is unpaved and county maintained through Chouteau County.

A couple miles later, we’ll approach S-225. Turn left for 225/Bootlegger Trail north and stay straight for 225/Bootlegger Trail south. S-379 ends.
