Turn right for 95 north towards Weiser, left for 95 south towards Fruitland, and stay straight for 52 west towards Baker City, Oregon. Idaho omits the word “city” usually (see Salt Lake, Malad for other examples).  52’s approach to Oregon is the only place in Idaho that uses Baker City as a control city. Also I’m scared of these new neutered inverted Idaho shields that seem to be popping up either in some massive error or ITD made a poor stylistic decision.
