US-12 will turn right immediately after crossing the bridge. The poop brown shield was used to indicate that this is a scenic highway, but these are being phased out with standard shields. The route will be scenic, traveling across the Clearwater and Lolo Pass to Montana

Reassurance shield after 5th Street comes down here. This bypass road serves as a great way to get around Lewiston and it is fortunate that they recently decided to route US-12 along it
