“SR 99” exits, but SR 99 doesn’t really exit. It actually ceases to exist at this point. In 2003, the city of Tukwila got their section of 99 removed from the state highway system. This freeway turns into SR 599 and spurs to I-5, and SR 99 ends, but abruptly resumes in the city of Seatac at SR 518
