State Route 41 is the most unique highway in the state route system. it runs entirely concurrent with Idaho State Highway 41 as this roadway straddles the Washington-Idaho state line. When SH-41 moves away from the Washington state line, SR 41 will end and SH-41 continues down to Post Falls. SR 41 is unsigned (presumably for redundancy purposes), but the roadway is signed as Idaho 41

Bear left for Idaho 41 into Oldtown Idaho as the road indisputably enters Idaho. SR 41 comes to an end here.
