The former WYO 130/230 junction – you used to turn right here to head over the railroad tracks, but the old viaduct has been demolished so it’s just a dead end local street. Note the lack of the cowboy on the bottom of the old standalone shields

Routes Divide in one block. Wyoming puts these signs at the end of a concurrency to indicate the split. Here, US-287 will continue south to Fort Collins and 80 Business/30 will continue east towards Cheyenne

Stay straight for 287 south, left for 80 business/30 east. The old sign here used to also suggest you could also stay straight to stay on I-80 Business via 287. 287 serves as sort of a de facto business route and while not signed as such (except at this intersection), it serves the purpose.
