Reassurance shield just before the state line, with NMDOT construction sign obscuring it. I can’t quite tell, but I’m pretty sure that’s actually a New Mexico reassurance shield- the green thing that would be below it if it were a Texas sign is obscured by the pole though, so can’t be sure
