Just after US-89 splits from I-15, we’ll approach former SR-197/500 W, which skirted the west side of downtown Lehi until 2011.

A few blocks later, we’ll cross under the interstate without signage and come to an unmarked junction with SR-73. Turn right for SR-73 west, which used to head out to Cedar Fort and Rush Valley, but has mostly been supplanted by SR-145. Now SR-73 just heads to I-15 before ceasing to exist until west of SR-68.
