Follow 56/400 West and 283 South towards Sublette, Minneola, and Cimarron Okla.

Turn left for 56/400 West and 283 South and right for 56 East and 283 North. Until late 2009, 400 followed 56 east and then US-50 Business through Dodge City, but was recently re-routed to a bypass on the southwest corner of town, so signage is sporadic for 400 through Dodge City now
